Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as we expand our strategic partnerships within the Workday ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative partner marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with key partners to understand their marketing priorities, develop tailored marketing plans, and execute impactful campaigns that align with our overarching marketing strategy. Your contributions will not only enhance our partner relationships but also support the growth of Workday’s product offerings and market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key strategic partners to understand their unique marketing priorities, identify co-marketing opportunities, and develop differentiated marketing plans.
- Collaborate with partners on content strategy, including webinars, blogs, digital presence, social amplification, event participation, and customer stories.
- Align partner-led marketing activities with the overarching marketing calendar.
- Assist partners in developing differentiated messaging frameworks based on Workday’s foundational partnership value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including partner management, product marketing, demand generation, and partner sales to ensure effective execution of partner marketing programs.
- Support Workday-focused field events, sponsorships, and customer programs where partner engagement is strategic.
- Track and measure the success of strategic partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure messaging alignment and integration of partner offerings into broader Workday initiatives.
Skills:
- 5-10+ years in partner marketing or account based marketing —ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience working with strategic partnerships in either B2B or B2C marketing organizations.
- Some experience in a strategic marketing role with employee benefits providers (e.g., insurance benefits, health and wellness, financial benefits) is a plus.
- Strong storytelling, content development, and campaign management skills.
- Excellent project management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Strategic thinker who proactively takes action, executes quickly, and is able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for workplace well-being and creating human-centered business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Marketing or Project Management are a plus.
