Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in the development of AI products. You will also be responsible for:

• Build, extend and fix AI services using LLMs and custom ML models

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code in Python

• Improve validation and performance monitoring of ML services

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

• Participate in designing and implementing solutions

• Evaluate and propose improvements to existing implementations

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

• Provide code reviews

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as ML engineer or Data Scientist
• Good python programming skills and experience with NLP models
• Experience deploying and running ML services in production
• Good understanding of network protocols and stacks
• Working experience with relational and non-relational databases
• LLMops/MLops experience is a strong plus

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Collaborative team player seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
• Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment, proactive with outside-the-box thinking
