Senior Data Scientist (Onchain Analytics)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Crime & Compliance teams to optimize operations and reduce compliance risk
• Translate complex statistical findings into actionable business decisions
• Lead development and refinement of compliance tools, including AML detection engines
• Maintain production ML models and support audits through QA testing and performance analysis
• Identify areas for operational improvement and manage projects from proof-of-concept to deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field; PhD is a plus
• 8+ years of data science experience, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or related sectors
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models using AWS tools
• Comfortable handling both ad-hoc analyses and end-to-end product development
• Strong understanding of onchain analytics and current research trends
• Ability to read and apply findings from international technical literature
