About the Company:
Our client is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency specialising in immersive websites, impactful landing pages, and mobile-friendly experiences. They provide tailored SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns to help local businesses grow online with transparency and simplicity.
They are looking for a part-time SEO Marketing Specialist to own the strategy and execution of SEO initiatives across multiple websites and brands. In this role, you will contribute directly to increasing organic visibility, generating higher-quality leads, and strengthening overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored for local audiences in Singapore.
- Execute on-page and off-page optimization, including internal linking and content structuring.
- Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to improve domain authority.
- Continually write appropriate copy for ads, update ‘negative keywords’ lists, include new keywords, carry out experimentation and A/B tests, maintain records of all UTM tags used and assist with landing pages tweaks to improve optimisation.
- Produce weekly search and SEO reports including insights, measurements, keywords research and search trends.
- Plan and run our SEO and organic search marketing. Conduct keywords research and planning, coming up with a plan comprising longer and shorter tail keywords to target, based on pillars such as generic and branded keywords, to improve their SERP organic rankings.
- Conduct on and off-site SEO optimisation, such as website audits, tagging of images metadata, updating the sitemap, links building, disavowing bad links and more.
- Help to manage and maintain our search and web-related assets. Configure integrations, measurements, attributions, conversions and dashboards. Use GA4 and UTM codes for tracking and attribution.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to keep strategies effective.
- Report on SEO KPIs to leadership, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and ranking factors.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience handling international SEO projects (UK, US, or global markets).
- Experience producing SEO reports with keyword trends, insights, and search performance.
- Ability to stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends proactively.
- Experience collaborating with other marketing teams for campaigns.
- Experience in improving landing pages for SEO optimisation
Additional Information:
- Engagement: Part-time, 3 days per week
- Working hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8 hours per day between 9:00 AM-6:00 PM SGT (GMT+8)
