About the Role

Wordsmith Learning Hub is expanding and seeking an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing & Operations Lead with a strong background in the education or school sector. The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, drive enrolments, and build effective marketing systems and teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- Education Sector Experience: Relevant experience in education, school, or EdTech industry (must have)

- Tamil and English Proficiency: Fluency in speaking, reading, writing both Tamil and English

- WordPress Expertise: Proven experience creating landing pages and maintaining WordPress websites

- Digital Marketing Experience: Less than 10 years in digital marketing / Wordpress both dynamic and static / Social meida strategies / Campaign optimization, preferably education sector

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies, lead gen, brand awareness, drive enrolments

- WordPress & Marketing Operations: Create landing pages, content, SOPs for efficiency

- Team Leadership & Business Operations: Lead marketing team, recruit, train, drive business growth

Required Skills & Experience

• Digital marketing strategy, WordPress, Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead gen, content writing
• Team leadership, marketing ops, process improvement
• SEO/ GEO/ AEO /SEM a plus. Degree in Marketing preferred but not mandatory
• Adaptability to startup & fast phased growth culture environment and hunger to grow along with the company both professionally & Personally.
• Adaptability to fast phased growth environment & Start up / SME environment
