Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital team, that can help build, grow and engage an online community of consumers in APAC Markets.
- We are looking for an experienced digital professional that can help acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns.
- You will be in charge of all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution and optimization across channels.
- You will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to improve our company’s and our consumer conversion rate for the top, middle and bottom of our marketing funnel
- You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience,
- You will conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
- You will indirectly be helping young girls get educated via our charity partner Nanhikali.

Requirements
Looking for Someone who is self-motivated, and willing to work through the grind of a start-up. Someone that is inspired by marketing that genuinely helps others.
This is a Mid-Level role.
Qualifications/Skill-Sets needed:
- Graduation (minimum)
- No. of years of experience: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
- Preferably someone that has worked with a digital agency before.
- Preferably someone that has worked with a start-up or small company before
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Attention to Detail, Willing to Speak up if things go wrong, Willing to ASK questions when things are unclear, VERY CURIOUS about all things new, HIGH desire to learn things and grow, Happy to work in a POSITIVE environment with people.
- Preferably Someone who has done Performance Marketing before (not a mandate)
- Should have worked on Facebook Ad manager before. (ideally)
- Ability to work independently and own takes end to end
- Good analytic and numerical skills.
- Should be proficient in excel and google sheets
