What You'll Do

As an Engineering Manager, you will be leading a team of engineers and QAs in our Digital Platforms. Build and guide them to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. Act as a product-minded technical leader, partnering with product managers and engineers to translate strategic visions into user-centric features through agile development. Foster a culture of technical and architectural excellence, ensuring a performant, secure, and scalable platform. This leadership role focuses on people management and technical strategy and implementation, overseeing key product areas. Collaborate with peer engineering managers, product managers, designers, and a solution architect for technical alignment and a cohesive platform experience.

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth that is deeply integrated with product goals.
• Partner with the Product Manager and your engineering manager peers to define the technical strategy and roadmap. You will ensure technical decisions support the product's commercial objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
• Drive the successful delivery of product features by translating product requirements into technical plans and ensuring your team builds for scale, reliability, and measurable business value.
• Actively champion and embed agile principles and practices, fostering a fast-paced environment of quick iterations and continuous delivery to support a high-growth product.
• Foster close collaboration between engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of goals and a smooth development process.
• Champion engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and continuous deployment, to maintain a healthy and high-performing codebase.

What You’ll Bring

With proven experience as an Engineering leader you will have a minimum 8+ years of experience in software development with direct experience building and scaling advertising/marketing technology platforms is a significant advantage.

• A passionate engineer, you will have strong computer science fundamentals and an ability to scale system designs
• Comfortable using a variety of languages/technologies and picking the right tool for the job. Demonstrated experience with Typescript, React, Spring, Kotlin and API Development are advantageous.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
• The ability to actively champion and embed agile principles and practices, fostering an environment of quick iterations and continuous delivery.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and a solution architect to achieve technical alignment and a cohesive platform experience.
