Senior Graphic Designer

Due to the expansion of the business, there is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced designer to join our team in Hanoi office.  This is an individual-contributor role - with strong, senior-level design skills who can take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.

The role can be remote (freelancer) if the candidate is not based in Hanoi

What You'll Do

• Design a wide range of visual assets, including branding materials, marketing collateral, digital and print content, and campaign visuals
• Translate briefs and concepts into polished, on-brand designs
• Work closely with the creative director across all design projects and adhere to strict timelines set by the studio coordinator
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams
• Provide creative input and design solutions
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
• Present and explain design concepts clearly to the creative director and design team members

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, print publication, digital campaign, website) and highlighting problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus)
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) - required for daily collaboration with international stakeholders
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to design quality
• No leadership or people-management experience required - this role is focused purely on design craft

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
• Familiarity with branding and identity design projects
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team environment

Salary range: $1200 - $1500 gross depending on experience

Benefits can be negotiable depending on the type of employment (full-time or freelancer)
