Position Overview
Woliba is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation and lead acquisition strategies in Southeast Asia. This role is critical to scaling our MQLs and SQLs, optimizing paid campaigns, and ensuring our marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth. Objectives of This Role
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
✅ Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
✅ Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, and retargeting campaigns to optimize lead acquisition.
✅ Develop conversion-optimized landing pages and ad creatives to improve lead quality.
✅ Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Marketing Analytics & Funnel Optimization
✅ Track lead performance and attribution models to measure MQL → SQL → revenue impact.
✅ Optimize conversion rates by analyzing key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and pipeline velocity.
✅ Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and BI dashboards to report on marketing performance.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
✅ Own email automation, drip campaigns, and lead scoring to increase SQL conversion rates.
✅ Work with sales to refine lead handoff processes and improve MQL-to-SQL efficiency.
✅ Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture prospects through the funnel.
Leadership & Team Management
✅ Lead and mentor a team of marketers, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management.
✅ Collaborate with content, social, and design teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
✅ Develop processes and workflows to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure demand gen efforts align with revenue goals.
✅ Implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for high-value enterprise leads.
✅ Work with the Head of Communications to ensure messaging and branding consistency.
What You Bring
🔹 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in a SaaS or B2B environment.
🔹 2+ years of experience managing and leading a team of marketers.
🔹 Proven expertise in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
🔹 Strong analytical mindset, with experience in marketing attribution models, CAC/LTV analysis, and funnel optimization.
🔹 Proficiency in marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
🔹 Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.
🔹 Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills.
🔹 Experience with ABM strategies is a plus.
