🎯 What You'll Do as a Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality visuals for websites, branding, and marketing.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the flawless implementation of designs across platforms.
• Maintain and update both our in-house and customer’s design assets, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Research and incorporate the latest design trends and best practices into your work.
• Manage design files and documentation for easy access across teams.
• Support UI/UX improvements to optimize digital products and user experiences.
• Provide design support during peak workload periods, helping meet deadlines and deliver on all fronts.

👤 Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or in a senior design role preferably 1 to 2 years.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design, branding, and marketing expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma and Canva
• A deep understanding of design principles, responsive design, and user experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI/UX design for digital products.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
