Role Description:

This full-time, remote role as a Graphic Designer focuses on creating visually appealing designs that align with client branding and project goals. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics, developing logos, brochures, creating visual assets for branding, and mastering typography to ensure cohesive designs. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, creative outputs and bring concepts to life with a strong visual impact.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Graphic Design and proficiency in creating high-quality Graphics
Strong skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop a consistent and impactful brand identity
Proficiency in Typography and the ability to select and use typefaces effectively within designs
Proficient in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Strong attention to aesthetic detail and an understanding of contemporary design trends
Proven experience in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve business objectives
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop print and digital materials (brochures, flyers, e-flyers, etc.)
Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
Translate concepts into clear, engaging designs
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years experience in graphic design
Proven experience working within the telecom or fintech space (e.g., MTN, Glo, Flutterwave, or similar)
Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and marketing materials
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and creativity
