Senior Software Engineer

Senior Intune Engineer – React Native | InTune Integration | AI | Freelance | EU Remote

We’re looking for a skilled Intune Engineer with React Native experience to support a short-term project focused on mobile device management and application deployment. This role will play a key part in configuring and optimising Microsoft Intune while supporting the integration and management of mobile applications built with React Native.

You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure devices and apps are securely managed, compliant, and seamlessly deployed across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimise Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
• Support deployment and management of React Native mobile applications via Intune.
• Implement and maintain mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies.
• Ensure device compliance, security policies, and conditional access configurations are in place.
• Troubleshoot issues related to device enrolment, app deployment, and access controls.
• Collaborate with development teams to support mobile app packaging, distribution, and updates.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Intune Engineer or in a similar endpoint management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Experience working with or supporting React Native applications in a deployment or enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of mobile security, compliance, and identity (Azure AD / Entra ID).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
