About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive marketing initiatives for our SAP businesses. This is a stand-alone role, best suited for someone who is confident running end-to-end campaigns independently, while closely collaborating with sales and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong digital marketing expertise, and the ability to generate and convert ideas into impactful campaigns that generate leads, strengthen brand presence, and support overall business growth. This role requires a combination of creative flair, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, webinars, and social media to drive high-quality leads. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and target audience needs.
- Content Strategy: Develop impactful content such as case studies, pitch decks, blogs, newsletters, and success stories tailored for multiple channels. Curate relevant industry insights to enhance messaging and strengthen brand positioning.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and website content to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
- Social Media Marketing: Create and implement strategies to expand brand reach, grow engagement, and build community. Actively manage channels by posting, monitoring, and engaging with followers.
- Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to design targeted campaigns that guide prospects through the funnel and increase conversion rates.
- Brand Development: Build a strong brand presence through PR initiatives, thought leadership content, and consistent digital storytelling.
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report campaign outcomes, ROI, and key KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform campaign strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in IT/Enterprise Software/SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in running independent, multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong creative skills and proven ability to create compelling written and visual content for various marketing channels and audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
