About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Content Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and execution of high-impact content across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance marketing—someone who can craft compelling narratives, manage freelancers and agencies, and bring our brand to life across platforms.
You will work closely with the SEO teams and a digital marketing specialist to shape content that engages audiences, drives conversions, and supports overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
🧠1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan, manage, and oversee content distribution across all digital and offline marketing channels
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar for campaigns, blogs, social media, and marketing assets
- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify trends and growth opportunities
✍️ 2. Copywriting & Copyediting
- Collaborate with the SEO team to write, edit, and optimize conversion-driven content for:
Website pages
Landing pages
Blog articles
- Provide short-form copywriting for:
Social media posts and ad copy
Email campaigns and newsletters
Brochures, flyers, press releases, and print ads
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand tone, messaging, and SEO best practices
🎨 3. Digital Marketing Content Execution
- Create static graphics (e.g., infographics, carousels), basic motion graphics, and on-camera reels for promotional, explainer, and educational content
- Provide creative briefs and collaborate with freelancers and agencies to review, produce, and approve:
Video ads
Animations
Advanced motion graphics
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and includes necessary supporting elements
📧 4. Email & CRM Content Marketing
- Write and optimize content for email sequences, drip campaigns, and newsletters
- Craft compelling subject lines, CTAs, and personalized messaging
- Collaborate with CRM and sales teams to nurture leads through the marketing funnel
📰 5. Offline Marketing & Brand Messaging
- Create content for brochures, flyers, event materials, and corporate presentations
- Work with agencies on press releases and PR-related materials for greater brand visibility
- Develop offline advertising copy for radio, TV, billboards, and direct mail
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Who You Are
- 3–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
- Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing channels, and customer journeys
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Media
- Additional certifications in SEO, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Copywriting (e.g., HubSpot, Google, Content Marketing Institute) are a plus
- Strong portfolio of written and published work is highly preferred
