Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing will lead WizzyBox’s digital marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and measurable growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for planning and managing integrated digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and content marketing. The role includes developing and refining the digital strategy, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, optimizing the company’s online presence, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Head of Digital Marketing will analyze web and campaign performance data, manage lead generation funnels, and collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. This position also involves managing external agencies or vendors where needed, mentoring the marketing team, and keeping WizzyBox’s digital initiatives aligned with emerging trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Marketing and Digital Strategy, with experience in building and scaling digital marketing programs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow the company’s presence across relevant platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including experience with performance marketing, nurturing funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B tech or IT services marketing, preferably in QA, software development, or related domains.
• Proven ability to develop and manage integrated digital campaigns, budgets, and vendor/agency relationships.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
