Must-have Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering.
• Direct experience with React and TypeScript (preferred), or Python combined with another programming language.
• Proven ability to adapt across different full-stack environments.
• Demonstrated high performance in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and self-organizing teams.
• Clear and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Full English proficiency.

Nice-to-have Skills

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of agent architectures and key components, including “agent iceberg” considerations when integrating LLMs.
