Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.
Create interactive prototypes to validate and communicate design solutions.
Define interaction flows and ensure usability best practices are applied across platforms.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate and effective design implementation.
Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI guidelines.
Advocate for the user, ensuring accessibility and consistency in all deliverables.

Must-have Skills

6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
Strong expertise in User Interface Design, Interaction Design, Prototyping, and Implementation.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-have Skills

Experience with Quantitative Research methods to validate design decisions.
Knowledge of usability testing and analytics tools.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
