We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive growth for e-commerce projects. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective email marketing campaigns, improving customer engagement, and supporting sales through email and SMS channels.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in email marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce projects
Strong understanding of email automation, A/B testing, and analytics
Experience with advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to optimize campaign relevance and performance
Ability to analyze results and adjust strategies for better performance
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
English — Upper Intermediate and higher

Will Be a Plus

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
Experience with Klaviyo

Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automations) tailored for e-commerce
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging and brand-consistent content
Build segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant messaging
Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable recommendations
Coordinate with clients to understand goals and suggest effective solutions
Stay up to date with email marketing trends and best practices
