Skills & Experience

Advanced English: excellent written and verbal communication skills
4+ years in marketing roles
Excellent research and analytical skills
Proficient negotiation skills for collaborations and sponsorships
Experience of working with foreign markets (the American market will be a plus)
Previous experience in B2C engagement
Knowledge of current email marketing trends and guidelines
Knowledge of SEO (basic), keyword research, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Clarity), Mailgun, PPC and Jira
Experience working in IT companies, digital marketing agencies, or consulting firms will be a plus

Tasks & Responsibilities

Conducting research and analysis to identify the target audience’s needs and pain points
Working closely with BA and the Product Owner to improve the product market fit
Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase online traffic, elevate brand awareness, and generate leads
Creating promotion strategies for the new consumer services and products
Gaining potential leads and transforming them into customers
Launching new B2C services into the market
Creating content for email marketing and digital ad campaigns
Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital advertising
Communicating with the development team to gain effective results of campaign performance
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
Researching and analyzing creative strategies and tactics across the niche, including competitor analysis
Staying updated on industry trends and competitors’ digital marketing strategies by actively tracking and analyzing the market
