Enterprise Integration Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, an innovative and forward-thinking mindset, and a passion for driving impactful initiatives.

You will be part of an agile, international team, designing and developing scalable integrations, automations, and applications that seamlessly connect systems across cloud and hybrid environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, develop and manage integrations using modern iPaaS platforms (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, N8N, others).
• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications built with TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot, SAP CAP, Fiori, SAPUI5 within cloud-native environments - SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, Azure, AWS.
• Implement integrations leveraging diverse communication protocols including HTTP, OData, SOAP, GraphQL, REST, IDoc, SFTP.
• Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows that orchestrate tasks across multiple enterprise systems.
• Drive end-to-end software development using AI-augmented platforms, specializing in integration solutions.
• Act as a technical expert, ensuring quality and continuous AI generation process improvement from initial analysis through to deployment and ongoing ownership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and engineering teams to define and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within teams.
• Adherence and advocate for best practices, ensuring technical integrity, high delivery quality and long-term maintainability of solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong proficiency in Full-Stack software development with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, Groovy, OSGi.
• Strong hands-on experience with major enterprise integration platforms (e.g SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, WebMethods, N8N or similar)
• Experience with cloud-to-on-premise integrations and hybrid landscapes through various protocols (e.g HTTP, OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP).
• Experience with relational and non-relational database design (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Experience with integrating ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of authentication and security standards (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, TLS).
• Solid understanding of API-based architectures, event-driven architecture, message queues, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and delivering high-quality software.
• Fluent in English.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) in building intelligent, context-aware enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Rapid Application Development (Low-Code / No-Code / Pro-Code ) tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems
• Relevant cloud or integration certifications
