As the Lead Marketing Manager, you will own ANCKR’s entire marketing ecosystem — brand, content, funnels, website strategy, social presence, organic growth, partnerships, and the evaluation/oversight of paid channels.
This is not a narrow “performance marketer” or “social media” role. It is a full-stack marketing leadership position, responsible for building and executing a comprehensive strategy across:
- Brand and messaging
- Website content + funnel architecture
- Social + thought leadership
- Product marketing across sub-brands
- Agency/creator partnerships
- SEO + organic growth
- Marketing operations and analytics
- AI-driven research + content workflows
You will build ANCKR’s marketing machine — creating a system where content, funnels, and campaigns run smoothly whether executed by you, the founders, contractors, or future team members.
This is a hands-on strategy + execution role for someone who can lead, create, delegate, and optimize. Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Positioning (Own the System)
- Define ANCKR’s core marketing strategy across all brands and product lines.
- Craft and maintain messaging frameworks for top/mid/bottom-funnel content.
- Align marketing plans with sales, product, and company leadership.
- Create annual + quarterly marketing roadmaps and campaign calendars.
2. Website & Funnel Execution (Build the Growth Engine)
- Oversee content and UX for ANCKR’s websites (company, product pages, sub-brands).
- Develop clear funnel architectures for awareness → consideration → conversion.
- Create content that moves prospects through the funnel (landing pages, case studies, FAQs, nurture emails, etc.).
- Build customer journeys for new prospects and existing clients.
3. Content, Social, & Thought Leadership (Owned Media)
- Establish ANCKR’s presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage content pillar systems:
- Founder's voice content
- AI + engineering storytelling
- Case studies
- Behind-the-scenes builds
- Agency operations
- Tech + product insights
- Launch and manage ANCKR’s YouTube channel and podcast (delegating video editing as needed).
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and editors to ship consistent content.
4. Partnerships, Affiliates & Community Growth
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, and thought leaders in:
- AI
- WordPress
- Software development
- Automation
- Agency operations
- Develop early agency partner kits, playbooks, and co-marketing assets.
- Create a lightweight affiliate/partner model for products and services.
- Manage outreach and ongoing partner communication.
5. Marketing Operations, Analytics & Reporting
- Build reporting dashboards (in Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, GA4, Search Console).
- Track metrics across social, funnel performance, website conversions, and campaigns.
- Establish systems for attribution, lead scoring, and pipeline movement.
- Maintain marketing calendars, content workflows, and recurring review cycles.
6. AI-Enabled Workflow Leadership
- Use AI tools to speed up research, competitive analysis, funnel reviews, and content creation.
- Build internal template-driven agents for marketing tasks:
- Competitor funnel breakdown
- Content strategy generation
- Messaging framework builder
- Social content repurposer
- Landing page copy architect
- Create an internal playbook for AI marketing workflows across the team.
- Stay on the cutting edge of AI in marketing and help ANCKR maintain a competitive edge.
7. Leadership & Collaboration
- Work directly with the CEO on brand voice, messaging, and GTM initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales/Growth, Client Delivery, and Engineering.
- Manage contractors (designers, editors, PPC/SEO specialists) as needed.
- Eventually hire junior marketers or specialists as ANCKR scales.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 6–8+ years in full-stack marketing, growth, or brand leadership.
- Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing systems.
- Strong understanding of funnel strategy (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
- Excellent writing, communication, and narrative-building skills.
- Ability to create social content, landing pages, scripts, and campaign assets.
- Experience working with founders and leadership teams in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable creating both strategy and hands-on outputs.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt new AI-driven processes.
- Experience coordinating external contractors or agencies.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with WordPress, SaaS, AI products, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with Webflow, HubSpot, ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, GA4, or SEO tools.
- Prior ownership of YouTube or podcast content.
- Strong understanding of organic community-driven distribution.
- Exposure to affiliate/partner programs in SaaS or digital products.
Compensation & Salary Band
Level: (Lead Marketing Manager – Strategy & Execution) : ₹12.0 LPA
Owns complete marketing strategy + execution at ANCKR; drives organic/paid readiness, funnels, and brand systems.Perks:

Schedule & Expectations
- Flexible remote schedule
- ~3–4 hours/day overlap with U.S. EST
- Working time (IST) : 2PM - 11PM
- Weekly strategy, content, and pipeline syncs
- Work tracked in ClickUp; collaboration via Slack + Notion
- High autonomy and fast execution cycles
