Wisdom Bridge AI is an AI start-up founded in 2025 by a seasoned enterprise software executive and serial founder, and experienced AI developers providing solutions for knowledge transfer using AI-controlled avatars. The founding team has developed an MVP which enjoys great customer traction.

Position Overview

As Full Stack / AI developer, you will be a key contributor to the Wisdom Bridge AI’s multi-tenant SaaS platform which comprises of cutting-edge technology including various LLM (for different tasks), natural language processing, real-time avatars, a RAG-based knowledge base and chatbot, and cloud computing (primarily Azure).

Key Responsibilities

Key contributor to architecting, designing and implementing the Wisdom Bridge AI platform.

Create architecture diagrams and design documents. Write and document clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and technologies, continuously learning and applying new techniques.

Qualifications (significant subset of the following)

• Bachelor / Master / PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing commercial software
• Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, ontologies, natural language processing, streaming, avatars
• Strong programming skills in Python and Next.js; full stack programming, CDCI, agile methodologies, cloud computing
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
