Role Overview
We're seeking a part-time Operations & Marketing Coordinator (3 days per week) to help implement a strategic marketing plan, manage operational projects and logistics to drive growth across our key business areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives on managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment. They enjoy cross-functional collaboration and excel at turning challenges into opportunities.
Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations:
Manage inventory and stock levels and coordinate logistics
Oversee customer relationships and maintain accurate technical documentation
Brand Development & Management:
Implement and maintain brand identity and messaging across all platforms and ensure a consistent visual identity throughout the business
Produce and organise hub of key marketing materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and product brochures
Digital & Content Marketing:
Optimise and update website content and structure
Lead social media strategy
Identify opportunities for industry awards and recognition
Lead Generation:
Manage relationship with PR agency to maximise media coverage
Explore CRM opportunities for prospective clients and develop co-marketing initiatives with partners
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
2+ years experience in operations, specifically stock management
3+ years B2B marketing experience, particularly in digital marketing, content creation, agency management, and social media
Work experience and a passion for engineering, sustainability, technology or retail sectors
Proven ability to understand complex technical information
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
