Wireless Support is a technology and mobility management company that helps businesses manage their wireless carriers, devices, mobility operations, MDM platforms, and telecom expenses. We support customers across Amazon DSP, Amazon Freight, Transportation, and Home Service industries.
We’re seeking an experienced full-time Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, manage events, and execute partner and content marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate excels in lead generation, campaign management, and reporting, with hands-on skills in platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Canva.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns
- Increase sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
- Create campaigns targeting Amazon DSPs, Amazon Freight Partners, and Home Service businesses
- Support cold outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and digital marketing
- Track marketing ROI and campaign performance
Event Management
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and customer events
- Manage event logistics, vendors, registrations, and promotions
- Track event ROI, lead generation, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate MDF opportunities with the carrier and strategic partners
Partner Marketing
- Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners
- Coordinate joint campaigns, webinars, and social media efforts
- Support strategic relationships with carriers, channel partners, and industry organizations
Content Marketing
- Develop content calendars
- Create email campaigns
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social channels
- Develop case studies, customer success stories, and testimonials
- Write marketing copy for campaigns and promotions
Vendor & Creative Management
- Manage designers, video editors, and freelancers
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet brand standards
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Reporting & Analytics
- Track KPIs and campaign performance
- Report on:
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Meetings booked
- Event ROI
- Cost per lead
- Pipeline influenced
- Revenue influenced
Contractor Requirements
This is an independent contractor position (1099 for U.S. candidates). The contractor will be responsible for providing:
- Own Computer equipment
- High-speed internet
- Marketing software subscriptions
- Project management tools
- AI tools utilized in their workflow
- Any additional resources necessary to perform their responsibilities
