About The Role
The User Experience (UX) Designer at Frontier Airlines will play an integral role in shaping and enhancing the digital experience for our customers. This position involves leading the design of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces that align with the company's brand and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in responsive web design, accessibility standards, Lean UX methodologies, and ecommerce best practices. They will serve as the voice of the customer, translating user insights into innovative design solutions that improve usability and engagement. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to deliver high-quality digital assets that support Frontier’s mission of making travel friendly, easy, and affordable. The UX Designer will also be responsible for conducting user research, creating prototypes, and presenting design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring that all digital touchpoints deliver a seamless and delightful experience.
