About The Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a passion for user-centered design and data-driven problem solving. In this remote role, you will be responsible for translating business goals and user needs into impactful design solutions. You will lead and collaborate across design sprints, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and work cross-functionally with product, development, and stakeholder teams. The role demands creativity, critical thinking, technical fluency, and a strong portfolio demonstrating your design leadership and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• 2+ years of experience contributing to or managing design systems
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design/prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508), and web best practices
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Lean UX, and UX research methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• U.S. Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Conduct and apply user research, analytics, and usability testing for design optimization
• Contribute to and ensure consistency within the company’s design system
• Facilitate or participate in design sprints, workshops, and critiques
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and project teams
• Advocate for accessibility and user experience best practices
• Provide basic front-end development support for implementation as needed
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
