About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Web Designer who is passionate about creating innovative, engaging, and user-centered website designs. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full design process, from conceptualization to final layout, working closely with developers to translate client requests into interactive digital experiences. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to craft seamless user journeys across various industries and client sizes. The designer will present concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of craft and usability. Qualifications

• 5+ years of website design experience
• Proficiency in Figma
• A compelling portfolio showcasing elegant and innovative web design projects
• Motion design experience (a plus)
• Prototyping experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design process including wireframing, storyboarding, conceptualization, and final layout creation for both mobile and desktop platforms
• Design and maintain Design Systems for internal use and client projects
• Apply current design trends and branding styles to develop compelling digital narratives
• Ensure pixel-perfect design execution with meticulous attention to detail
• Conduct user research and incorporate insights to develop disruptive website features and workflows
• Communicate design concepts, purpose, and thought process effectively to internal teams and clients
• Create high-quality, innovative designs for clients across various industries and business sizes
• Promote user-centered design practices within the team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to identify new opportunities and support sales pursuits
• Manage high-end projects confidently, utilizing strong visual and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and motivation
• Iterate designs based on team and client feedback to achieve polished, effective outcomes
• Organize and maintain all design files, layers, and folders systematically
• Work closely with leadership throughout each project's lifecycle to ensure alignment with strategic goals
