About The Role
We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Associate to join our Americas Regional Marketing Team. In this fully remote role, you will design and execute customer development plans for Residents and Fellows in support of our Cardiac and Surgical Solutions business groups. You'll work cross-functionally with strategic marketers and sales partners to drive physician engagement, education, and program performance through relationship-focused marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated customer development plans in coordination with product marketing, sales, and support functions
- Refine and expand the Residents & Fellows Program with focus on multi-business engagement opportunities
- Track fellowship engagement pathways and ensure smooth cross-functional handoffs
- Serve as a customer journey expert, informing touchpoints and marketing initiatives across departments
- Plan and execute key events and educational programs for residents and fellows
- Report on program performance, metrics, and contribution to business KPIs
- Provide regional insights to support strategic business planning and product development
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliant execution of physician engagement efforts
Qualifications
_Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical certification
- 3+ years in strategic marketing, customer engagement, or physician training within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple brand portfolios
- Experience developing relationships with physicians and KOLs
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in Cardiac or Surgical repair therapy areas
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and educational program development
- Experience defining KPIs and performance metrics for engagement programs
Workplace Requirements
- Must comply with U.S. hospital access policies and vendor credentialing, including vaccination, drug testing, and background screening
- Remote work permitted within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island for wage/hourly roles)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is generally not available
