About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack and Salesforce development experience. This is a highly collaborative position where you'll work closely with the Full Stack Product Manager and key stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions. You will also play a crucial role in troubleshooting, supporting, and training users across the business, as well as optimizing performance and maintaining system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of CRM or full stack applications
• Monitor data usage, manage access controls, and ensure data integrity across platforms
• Design and implement workflows, triggers, profiles, and email templates in Salesforce
• Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and third-party integrations
• Build and support full stack applications using Retool
• Plan and execute software upgrades and performance enhancements
• Investigate data usage issues and create solutions and communication plans
• Train and support new end users on system functionality
• Participate in strategic, cross-functional business initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience (certifications preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java, Web Services, XML, SOAP, etc.)
• Proficient in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Mobile SDK
• Experience with full stack tools and platforms such as Retool
• Proficiency in Unix tools, shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python), and SQL/PLSQL
• Experience with Heroku and enterprise ETL/integration tools is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and technical environments
