About The Role

Ansys is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to support the Industrial Equipment team. This remote role is pivotal in executing marketing programs that grow pipeline and strengthen brand visibility. The successful candidate will lead field marketing efforts including event planning, webinar execution, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong project management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to align marketing activities with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing plans aligned with industry needs and company objectives
• Stay informed about trends in the industrial equipment sector to guide messaging strategies
• Build strong partnerships with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities
• Collaborate with industry, product, and corporate marketing teams to maintain message consistency
• Organize and manage events, webinars, and tradeshows, including content development and sales enablement
• Report on campaign effectiveness using engagement and performance metrics
• Identify new engagement opportunities through industry associations, events, and social media
• Assist with budget tracking and optimize resource allocation for maximum marketing ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, ABM, or sales enablement in B2B technology or industrial sectors
• Demonstrated success in executing marketing programs in partnership with sales
• Strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills in dynamic environments
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel at least 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• ABM certification
• Experience in the Industrial Equipment industry
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Experience collaborating with engineering or technical teams
