About The Role
Connexity is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst (I, II) to join the Traffic Acquisition and Analytics Team. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial and analytical professional with a passion for performance marketing and data-driven decision-making. The analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales performance, analyzing big data, and managing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Social, Search, and Native advertising.
This position requires expertise in performance marketing, direct response advertising, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical, strategic, and leadership skills and will contribute to the growth of both customer acquisition (supply) and strategic retailer management (demand).
Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid) or Remote in CA, CT, CO, FL, NJ, NV, NY, TX, WA
