About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Global Marketing Excellence (GME) team. This individual will play a central role in developing and executing high-quality marketing materials for both consumer and healthcare provider audiences. The Account Manager will support a variety of global marketing initiatives—including video, digital, print, and web content—while ensuring consistency with brand strategy and creative standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth, patient-focused organization while supporting breakthrough products in diabetes care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor to creative project execution, ensuring brand strategies are implemented across all marketing materials
- Oversee production timelines and execution requirements to deliver assets that meet strategic goals and technical specifications
- Collaborate with digital, US, and international marketing teams to develop and implement web content
- Ensure seamless internal communication and alignment across marketing teams for consistent brand messaging
- Review and validate content for brand compliance and accuracy before final deployment
- Support photo and video asset sourcing and preparation in collaboration with GME asset management
- Continuously improve workflows by working with marketing operations to streamline creative processes
- Negotiate project timelines and scopes while managing stakeholder expectations
- Provide feedback on creative concepts and final deliverables
- Help manage creative project budgets in coordination with GME leadership
- Assist with live events, creative shoots, and field marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
_Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a consumer or healthcare-focused marketing organization
Preferred
- Experience with marketing consumer or RX products
- Familiarity with medical device and HIPAA-regulated environments
- Background in diabetes care or related therapeutic areas is a plus
