About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to drive acquisition and engagement across our healthcare professional (HCP) and B2B (pharma/media) segments. This fully remote role is critical to scaling MDLinx’s HCP audience and fueling top-of-funnel growth for our commercial clients.
The ideal candidate will bring a performance-first mindset, with proven experience across SEO, paid media, email marketing, lead generation, and multichannel growth experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of our HCP audience through SEO, paid acquisition, social, referral, newsletter, and partnerships
- Develop strategies aligned to content consumption trends and specialty segmentation
- Optimize onboarding and lifecycle journeys to increase repeat visits and engagement
- Support B2B lead gen campaigns targeting pharma marketers and media agencies
- Align closely with sales and client success to improve conversion and messaging
- Run A/B tests across landing pages, emails, and calls-to-action
- Collaborate with data and product teams to track key performance indicators and enhance personalization
- Manage marketing technology tools and performance dashboards
Qualifications
- 5–7 years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing (healthtech/media/B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record across paid, organic, and owned media channels
- Deep expertise in A/B testing, email/CRM, SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization
- Experience in marketing to HCP audiences and pharma clients within compliance-sensitive environments
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first decision-making mindset
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, marketing automation, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Leadership potential with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
