About The Role

Groundfloor Finance is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual evolution of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a compelling visual identity that resonates within the real estate investment and fintech industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, product, and development to produce high-quality digital and print assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our brand refresh initiatives, creating engaging digital advertisements, investor presentations, website graphics, social media content, and marketing collateral. As a strategic thinker and innovative designer, you will ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, effectively communicating our company's message and values. Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant tools
• Experience working within high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• Background in branding and creating visual identities, especially in real estate, finance, fintech, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and compelling visual communications
• Experience managing multiple projects from concept through execution, meeting deadlines and business needs
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Animation and motion design skills are highly desirable, with experience using tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Principle

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the brand refresh process, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and market positioning
• Create visually engaging digital ads, investor presentations, website graphics, social media content, and print materials that effectively communicate our message
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and strategic objectives
• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables
• Manage the entire creative process from ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms, maintaining visual coherence and identity
• Collaborate with web and development teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into digital properties
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance brand presence
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a creative, collaborative team environment
