About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department on a full-time basis. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and branding of Lap of Love by creating compelling visual content that resonates with our target audiences. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Recruitment, and Human Resources, to develop engaging campaigns aimed at attracting compassionate veterinarians and veterinary students, as well as fostering a strong internal culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, creative expertise, and a passion for meaningful storytelling through visual design. This role plays a vital part in accelerating our outreach efforts and strengthening our brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design and digital marketing
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising platforms
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to produce high-quality work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted digital, social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns to attract veterinarians and veterinary students
- Collaborate with Marketing and Recruitment teams to optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve candidate experience
- Create and maintain a content strategy focused on engaging webinars, videos, testimonials, and other multimedia assets
- Design visually compelling internal branding materials that align with Lap of Love’s mission, vision, and values
- Support company-wide marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads for our services
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Partner with HR and Employee Relations to craft engaging internal communications, newsletters, and culture-building materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to keep marketing efforts fresh and effective
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
