About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that elevates the Corza Medical brand across multiple channels. Your expertise will be pivotal in translating complex medical and technical concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with our diverse audience. You will develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity, produce high-quality digital and print assets, and contribute to storytelling efforts that highlight our innovative products and solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact brand perception and support our mission through creative excellence. The role is remote, allowing you to collaborate with teams across various locations within the US, and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or medical technology environment
• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics, with the ability to create engaging video content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital design
• Experience designing for web, social media, email campaigns, and trade show materials
• Ability to translate complex medical and technical information into visually compelling graphics
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with web design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold a consistent visual identity for Corza Medical across all platforms and materials
• Design and produce creative assets for print and digital media, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, and trade show displays
• Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create visual content that supports business objectives
• Assist in crafting visual storytelling and narratives that enhance engagement and brand recognition
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all communication channels
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to execute projects to a high standard
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually elevate creative output
