About The Role

The Graphic Designer II at Inductive Automation plays a vital role in crafting visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse target audiences across multiple industries. This full-time position offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, and on-site work arrangements. As a core member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that enhance our brand presence and communicate complex concepts effectively. Your creative expertise will be instrumental in designing a wide array of marketing assets, including webinars, ad campaigns, brochures, web graphics, and trade show materials. You will also be responsible for creating engaging information graphics, responsive web designs, and prototypes that adhere to user-interface principles.

This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical skills, and strategic thinking to produce designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and aligned with marketing objectives. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Figma
• Strong understanding of branding, consistency, and creative storytelling
• Ability to effectively incorporate typography into visual designs
• Experience creating multiple design concepts and prototypes via sketches, storyboards, mockups, and wireframes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interpret complex technical concepts and translate them into visual content
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles and user-interface best practices

Responsibilities

• Design a variety of marketing materials including webinars, ad campaigns, brochures, sell sheets, web graphics, and conference deliverables
• Create visually engaging information graphics that simplify complex ideas
• Research and analyze project-related information to inform design solutions
• Develop responsive web page designs following user-interface design principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce creative assets aligned with marketing goals
• Prototype design ideas through sketches, storyboards, mockups, and wireframes for review and iteration
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards and quality expectations
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion within deadlines
• Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders regarding project progress and revisions
