About The Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Watershed, you will be an integral part of the Demand Generation team, responsible for accelerating company growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that generate new business opportunities and enhance brand visibility. Collaborating closely with sales, brand, and content teams, you will develop comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing. This role demands a data-driven mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for experimentation to continuously refine campaign performance. You will also be responsible for establishing reporting frameworks, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence across all digital channels. While preference is given to candidates based in San Francisco or New York City for onsite work, remote candidates within the US will also be considered for this full-time position.
