About The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager at Teachers of Tomorrow plays a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager, this role involves managing marketing automation workflows, executing high-impact campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a versatile digital marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM-driven campaigns, automation, and multichannel marketing. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee email and SMS marketing initiatives for four distinct brands, focusing on nurturing leads, increasing conversions, and enhancing overall marketing ROI. Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in CRM-driven campaign automation.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, MailChimp, Keap, and other CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
- Proficiency in managing email and SMS marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Experience in building and optimizing landing pages and forms within marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Technical proficiency in platform integrations, workflows, and troubleshooting using tools like Zapier.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, with a passion for education and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage B2C and B2B automated workflows across HubSpot, MailChimp, Keap, and other CRMs, guiding prospects through the sales funnel with targeted messaging.
- Develop, deploy, and monitor email and SMS campaigns, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns that meet deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative assets, send times, and messaging to optimize campaign performance.
- Create and optimize landing pages and forms to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Support the development and refinement of lead scoring models and campaign logic based on performance data.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, analyze funnel performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with the paid media team to support retargeting campaigns and re-engage cold leads.
- Maintain platform integrations and troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution, delivery, and data synchronization.
- Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Zapier and native platform features to improve efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing strategies based on data analysis.
