About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Digital Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution, with a particular focus on optimizing sales funnels, driving conversions, and managing direct response campaigns.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns, overseeing funnel development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and working closely with the CMO, creative teams, and developers. If you are a hands-on marketer with a passion for direct response and a knack for keeping things organized, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the sales funnel process from ideation to launch, ensuring all aspects (copy, design, video, implementation) are executed flawlessly.
- Manage and optimize direct response campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive measurable growth and conversions.
- Collaborate with data analysts to identify conversion bottlenecks, design A/B tests, and implement improvements for funnel optimization.
- Oversee the VSL production process, ensuring scripts, slides, video, and web implementation align with marketing goals and conversion best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams (CMO, devs, creatives, paid media) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Lead marketing projects, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and align with business goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on marketing performance, using data to recommend next steps for funnel and campaign improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on info products and direct response campaigns (not e-commerce or local services).
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales funnels, VSLs, and direct response campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-step marketing processes independently.
- Experience collaborating with creative, development, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and use insights to optimize funnels (CRO experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with VSL production and funnel implementation.
- Familiarity with direct response marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and landing page builders.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and UX optimization.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to pivot between competing priorities.
