About The Role
The Brand & Motion Designer at Gusto is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and executing visual and motion design strategies that define the company's brand identity. This role involves working across multiple channels—including product launches, customer education, brand campaigns, and events—to create cohesive and compelling visual narratives. The successful candidate will own the creative process from concept to final delivery, making critical decisions around typography, color, composition, and motion. They will play a vital role in integrating motion design into Gusto’s brand system, establishing principles and patterns that ensure consistency across digital and physical formats. Additionally, this role involves directing AI-assisted creative work, setting standards for its use, and developing workflows that maintain high-quality output.
