Wipro’s Digital Experience (DX) team helps enterprise companies improve and differentiate themselves using experience strategies in three key areas: customer experience, employee experience, and partner experience. We are looking for a marketing manager to support our DX practice, under the umbrella of Wipro Enterprise Futuring. This is an opportunity to learn and engage with a part of Wipro that injects direct intellectual property into advanced DX solutions through tech. We focus on the tech stack as well as the operational side of several functional areas within any business (infrastructure, revenue growth, commerce, marketing, cloud-first platforms).
Our business team focuses on advanced tech such as generative AI, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, and operational advancements that can become a leadership driver for any organization. The marketing manager will be responsible for marketing programs of the DX practice working together with other members on the team. Daily activities will include collaborating with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive strategic marketing campaigns.
Requirements would include a strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution, across channels (paid social, organic social, web pages, back linking web pages, blogs, podcasts, email, events, online events, sales activities). And many of these channels are owned by teams that will require collaboration, alignment, and partnership. Additional collaboration will be critical in the areas of Public Relations, Analyst Relations, and corporate brand alignment.
Our goal is to drive customer demand and purchase intent across target audiences and industries. This involves creating new snackable content that tells the story of what a customer can achieve by working with our experts and partners. Or what businesses will gain by investing in the employee experience. We would like to see skills in storytelling abilities, writing and creative insights, plus, the ability to research analyst reports and other online sources to provide 3rd party validation to our stories.
