Role Description
Let’s be clear: this isn’t just a sales job. It’s a leadership opportunity disguised as one.
We’re looking for a Sales Marketing Manager who’s not only a strategic thinker and skilled closer, but someone who actually gets what it means to sell transformation, not just transactions. This is a 1099 contractor role with uncapped commission, fully remote, and designed for someone who’s equal parts builder, doer, and closer.
You’ll be responsible for owning the entire revenue engine — from cold outreach to warm handoffs, from first call to final contract. You’ll create and run a sales framework that’s smart, scalable, and aligned with our values. You’ll sell across multiple offerings (coaching, consulting, facilitation, and more), for diverse buyers across sectors, price points, and business models (B2B and B2C).
But most importantly?
You’ll represent what we stand for: depth over fluff, root-cause solutions over band-aid fixes, and real, lasting change over short-term hype.
