About you:
Are you a passionate product marketer who understands the art and science of effective, data-driven product positioning? Do you love crafting GTM strategies and translating complex features into easy-to-understand benefits that drive demand and product adoption?
Winmo, a SaaS leader serving the marketing/advertising industry, is looking for an experienced product marketer to lead product positioning, utilization and GTM strategy.
The Product Marketing Manager will articulate the value proposition of Winmo and act as a liaison between the product team and revenue functions (marketing, sales, account management) to lead Go-To-Market plans. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this team member will be a key player in writing the next chapter of the Winmo story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate value proposition of Winmo across four main verticals: Agency, Media, Sponsorship and Martech. Effectively communicate that value proposition across sales and marketing channels.
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral including product presentations, sales enablement materials and customer success stories
- Own product marketing messaging for each stage of the customer lifecycle, with in-app messaging, email cadences and support collateral segmented by cohort and lifecycle
- Conduct NPS and in-app surveys that gauge satisfaction with current product as well as beta tests to evaluate demand for future offerings.
- Report on product usage and feature adoption, connect user behavior to retention trends and revenue impact.
- Be a liaison with the product development team, informing roadmap strategy and timelines of new features based on customer demand and anticipated business impact.
- Plan and execute GTM plans for new features on the product roadmap, coordinating resources and messaging for demand generation (marketing campaigns) and revenue enablement.
- Manage customer expansion initiatives that market premium features to existing customers based on buyer persona and customer lifecycle.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to anticipate the needs of customers and prospects, report back to product to influence roadmap prioritization, with the goal of bringing to market the features, integrations and functionality in highest demand.
- Align holistic pricing and communication strategy, as well as specific pricing for premium features.
- Oversee the launch of new product features and modules to make sure they’re flawlessly executed, involving cross-functional teams as necessary.
Role Requirements:
- BA/BS, preferably in marketing or communications
- 3-4 years experience in product marketing or customer success in B2B SaaS industry (subscription products a plus, media/adtech space a big plus)
- Demonstrated ability to impact revenue through product marketing initiatives
- Experience rolling out new products, features or functionality to B2B audiences based on buyer personas
- Ability to see the big picture, assess complex customer needs, and then influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with customer experience research
- Comfort with pulling and analyzing a variety of product related data - utilization metrics, GA4, Pendo, and other tools.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong grasp of the marketing/advertising landscape, with an understanding of how agencies, media sellers and adtech teams work with and sell to marketers will give you a big advantage
- Experience with product usage tools such as Pendo or ChurnZero a plus
- Strong ability to analyze data to inform product decisions
- Prior experience working with or in sales, customer success a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics a plus
