Marketing Design Manager

Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly creative and strategic Marketing Design Manager to contribute in visual storytelling across our brand, sales, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who pairs strong visual design skills with business thinking, understands how design drives conversions, and can turn complex ideas into compelling presentations and marketing assets. You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create high-impact creative that resonates with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality marketing creative across digital, web, social, email, paid campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to design and ship web pages
• Translate complex business and product concepts into clean, persuasive visual narratives
• Create compelling sales decks, event presentations, and pitch decks in Google Slides
• Use Figma extensively for web layouts, visual systems, marketing assets, and collaborative workflows
• Build scalable website modules and reusable Google Slides presentation templates
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving startup environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or creative design roles
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing campaigns, sales decks, presentation design, and brand systems
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color systems, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing high-converting web pages, sales collateral, and presentation narratives
• Ability to think strategically and solve communication challenges visually
• Excellent storytelling and presentation design skills
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience integrating AI design tools into your workflow
