We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to take the reins of our marketing engine

and lead us into our next phase of growth.

About the Role

This is a leadership position for a battle-tested marketing director with deep knowledge of

home improvement industries like windows, doors, roofing, siding, decks, or solar. You’ll own

our entire marketing strategy—digital and traditional—and be responsible for driving qualified

leads to our sales team and maximizing call center performance for conversion and demo

set rates.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the strategic development and execution of marketing plans across all channels.

● Oversee all marketing operations, including a team of creatives, digital marketers, and

agency partners.

● Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta,

YouTube, etc.

● Own the quality and performance of our internal call center operations, improving

demo rate and conversion.

● Track key KPIs including cost-per-lead, ROAS, CAC, and demo/sit rate.

● Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure marketing-generated leads

convert and scale with operational capacity.

● Drive creative and messaging strategy, including offers, landing pages, and branding.

● Test new platforms and geographies as we expand into new markets and service

lines.

Qualifications

✅ 5+ years leading a marketing department in the home improvement industry.

✅ Proven success managing marketing for brick-and-mortar contractors (windows, doors,

roofing, siding, etc.).

✅ Experience running and scaling a call center with a focus on quality control and

appointment/demo rates.

✅ Mastery of paid ad platforms (Google, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, etc.).

✅ Exceptional analytical and leadership skills—knows how to make data actionable.

✅ Skilled at developing and overseeing high-converting ad creatives and funnels.

✅ Comfortable rolling up sleeves in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

✅ Available to work in-person at our South Amboy, NJ location and can be REMOTE
