About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented performance marketing leader with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing for U.S. audiences. This role is ideal for someone who has grown through hands-on execution and is now ready to guide and collaborate with a high-performing team of marketing specialists.
You will work closely with your team to design, test, and scale marketing campaigns across channels, monitor performance metrics, experiment with creative and audience strategies, and ensure measurable results. You’ll bring curiosity, analytical rigor, and accountability, owning outcomes while fostering a culture of learning and performance.
What You’ll Do
Partner with marketing specialists to build and optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
Oversee testing and experimentation to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention performance.
Collaborate on high-impact email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide continuous improvement.
Work with content, design, and analytics teams to align creative assets with data-driven insights.
Mentor and support a capable marketing team, ensuring excellence in execution.
Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to align marketing performance with business goals and market needs.
Who You Are
Experienced in full-funnel digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, content, and email.
Skilled at campaign design, optimization, and A/B testing.
Analytical and results-oriented, with strong understanding of performance metrics.
Hands-on leader who collaborates closely with specialists to drive measurable outcomes.
Curious, organized, and passionate about performance marketing and growth.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of total marketing experience, including the most recent 3 years focused on U.S. markets for U.S.-based companies or clients serving U.S. audiences.
Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and conversion funnels.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in strategy, testing, and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
