Our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer who will lead in shaping intuitive and meaningful digital experiences within a collaborative Agile environment. You will be partnering closely with researchers, content strategists, product marketers, and engineers, you will design solutions that deliver real value to users. Your work will focus primarily on marketing-oriented websites, where you’ll represent user needs, drive design strategy, and ensure alignment across global design teams through regular collaboration and design reviews.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Translate complex business requirements into effective and user-centered design strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Research to inform product direction and prioritization through a strategic design lens.
• Facilitate and participate in collaborative sessions to align on business goals, then work with smaller teams to define and prioritize UX deliverables.
• Develop user journeys, functional flows, and service design blueprints in tools such as Miro to visualize and align team understanding.
• Design and iterate on wireframes and high-fidelity visuals using Figma; share designs for peer feedback, refine through iteration, and present solutions to broader stakeholder groups.
• Partner with UX Researchers to uncover user pain points and identify opportunities to enhance the end-to-end experience.
• Leverage systems thinking to ensure design consistency and scalability across a complex product ecosystem.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in Figma, Miro, and Figjam.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, particularly when navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• At least five years of UX design experience working on sophisticated systems using design systems and creating responsive user interfaces.
• A minimum of three years working in enterprise environments, leading strategic design efforts across large, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong leadership presence with the confidence to guide design direction and the humility to incorporate feedback from colleagues and stakeholders.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Hourly range is $70/hr - $80/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
