As AI continues to reshape digital marketing, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong content creation capability, excellent SEO understanding, and the ability to use AI strategically to elevate digital marketing performance.
This is not a pure content role. It is a hybrid role for someone who can combine high-quality B2B content creation with broader digital marketing execution, campaign support, SEO development, and AI-enabled optimisation.
The Role
We are seeking a confident and commercially aware Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience across B2B marketing, content creation, SEO, and campaign delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing and content, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable developing high-quality content and supporting wider digital marketing activity. You will play an important role in improving visibility, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance through a combination of strong execution, strategic thinking, and effective use of AI.
A key part of the role is the ability to use AI not just as a writing tool, but as a way to improve SEO, content strategy, campaign effectiveness, content planning, optimisation, insight generation, and scalable marketing delivery. We are looking for someone who understands how AI can help take SEO and content to another level, while still applying strong human judgement, commercial thinking, and editorial control.
We are also looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and able to take the lead. The successful candidate should be comfortable working autonomously, managing priorities independently, and identifying opportunities to improve digital marketing performance without needing close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of digital marketing activity across content, SEO, campaigns, email, and lead generation initiatives.
- Create high-quality B2B content across blogs, landing pages, web pages, email campaigns, thought leadership, whitepapers, guides, case studies, and campaign assets.
- Develop and optimise SEO-led content aligned to keyword strategy, search intent, buyer journey stages, and commercial objectives.
- Use AI strategically to improve SEO and content performance, not simply to accelerate content drafting.
- Apply AI to support keyword clustering, content gap analysis, topic research, campaign ideation, search opportunity identification, content optimisation, repurposing, audience insight, and performance improvement.
- Support the creation and execution of integrated B2B campaigns, including the development of campaign messaging and supporting assets.
- Work closely with internal teams across digital, strategy, client services, and creative to ensure joined-up marketing execution.
- Analyse digital and content performance to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Improve the efficiency and scalability of digital marketing and content workflows through effective use of AI and supporting tools.
- Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, engaging, on-brand, SEO-focused, and suitable for B2B audiences.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen campaign performance, search visibility, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
- Take ownership of projects and lead on content and SEO initiatives where appropriate.
- Work autonomously across multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining quality, pace, and accountability.

- Proven experience in a digital marketing role with strong content creation responsibility.
- Strong B2B marketing experience is essential.
- Strong B2B content writing capability across a range of formats and channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword targeting, search intent, on-page optimisation, content structuring, internal linking, and content performance.
- Experience writing for SEO, campaigns, and campaign assets.
- Experience supporting wider digital marketing activity, not just content production.
- Experience using AI to improve digital marketing, SEO, and content outcomes.
- Ability to use AI strategically to improve planning, insight, optimisation, efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Excellent writing, editing, and quality control skills.
- Ability to translate complex B2B products, services, or propositions into clear, engaging, commercially relevant content.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and contribute ideas.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable taking the lead.
- Able to work autonomously, manage workload independently, and take ownership of delivery.

- Previous B2B experience is critical
- Strong experience in digital marketing

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in an agency environment
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar
- Experience supporting lead generation and nurture activity
- Experience turning long-form content into multi-channel campaign assets
- Experience using AI to improve content workflows, SEO analysis, and campaign planning
- Experience working with subject matter experts to create higher-value B2B content
