About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to achieve performance and conversion goals.
• Analyze marketing statistics and campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and lead creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and edit the company website via WordPress, ensuring content is up to date and visually appealing.
• Utilize AI tools to create visuals and marketing content efficiently and creatively.
• Apply basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) to enhance digital assets or troubleshoot simple web issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and clear communication.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and AI technologies to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with proven success managing paid ads (Meta Ads required).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and WordPress.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI-based content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results on time.

Compensation
