Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven AI-Powered Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion optimization using AI-driven strategies. This role will focus on leveraging AI tools, marketing automation, and multi-touch and multi-channel campaigns to deliver targeted, high-impact leads creation and conversion marketing that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Driven Marketing Strategy
- Implement and manage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Develop AI-driven customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.
- Use AI and analytics to track market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance.
- Optimize marketing spend based on predictive analytics and real-time insights.
- Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeting mid- and high-tier customers.
- Create and distribute gated content (whitepapers, webinars, eBooks) to attract high-quality leads.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to refine targeting, messaging, and customer outreach.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and qualification processes.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization
- Develop automated lead nurturing workflows using AI-powered messaging tools (e.g., WhatsApp, chatbots, and other messaging apps).
- Implement AI-driven conversational marketing to accelerate lead engagement and conversions.
- Personalize email, WhatsApp, and social media campaigns to nurture leads through the funnel.
- Reduce dependency on sales teams by optimizing self-service lead conversion strategies.
Impact & Success Metrics:
Brand Presence & Credibility
- Achieve a consistent engagement rate (e.g., 30%+ open rates, 10%+ response rates) on messaging platforms like WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Increase brand recall by driving a measurable increase in repeat interactions from prospective customers.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Generate a steady flow of qualified leads with a measurable increase in MQLs and SQLs (Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads) by X% per quarter.
- Ensure a conversion rate of at least Y% from marketing-generated leads to sales pipeline.
Lead Nurturing & Monetization
- Maintain a lead-to-customer conversion rate of Z%, ensuring all captured leads are fully monetized.
- Reduce lead drop-off rates in the funnel by at least X% through AI-powered engagement and retargeting strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or AI-driven marketing.
- Proven expertise in marketing automation, AI-powered tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong background in lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
- Deep understanding of AI-driven personalization and customer segmentation strategies.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp and messaging-based marketing tools for lead nurturing.
- Ability to track and optimize MQL to SQL conversion rates and marketing ROI.
